What we collect
When you submit a CV or enquiry we collect your name, contact details, CV and the information you choose to share, such as experience, salary and location preferences.
How we use it
We use your information to match you with suitable openings, contact you about roles and, with your agreement, share your profile with prospective employers. Employer enquiries are used to respond to hiring requirements.
Sharing
We share a candidate's CV with an employer only for a specific role the candidate has agreed to. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep CVs for up to three years so we can contact you about future roles. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hr@heronconsultancy.com.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write to hr@heronconsultancy.com.
