• Understand technical requirements and recommend suitable products or systems
• Prepare quotations with the proposal team and follow up to order closure
• Maintain CRM records, monthly forecasts and collection follow-up
• Coordinate with production and logistics on delivery commitments

• Take off quantities from drawings and prepare BOQs
• Estimate material weights, consumables, man-hours and machine hours
• Compare vendor rates and maintain a cost database
• Prepare rate analysis and support pricing decisions
• Reconcile estimates against actuals after project closure

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries, bank reconciliation and ledgers
• Prepare GST returns, TDS workings and filings
• Process vendor payments and customer receipts
• Support monthly closing, MIS and statutory audit
• Coordinate with the company's tax consultant or CA
