• Generate enquiries from OEMs, EPC contractors and end users in the assigned territory
• Understand technical requirements and recommend suitable products or systems
• Prepare quotations with the proposal team and follow up to order closure
• Maintain CRM records, monthly forecasts and collection follow-up
• Coordinate with production and logistics on delivery commitments

Skills: CRM (Zoho / Salesforce) · Techno-commercial negotiation · Product presentations · Two-wheeler with valid licence

• Receive material against PO and GRN in ERP
• Maintain bin cards, stock levels and FIFO
• Issue material against approved indents
• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation
• Coordinate with purchase on reorder levels and shortages

Skills: SAP MM / Tally / ERP · Inventory control · FIFO & stock audits · MS Excel

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries, bank reconciliation and ledgers
• Prepare GST returns, TDS workings and filings
• Process vendor payments and customer receipts
• Support monthly closing, MIS and statutory audit
• Coordinate with the company's tax consultant or CA
